RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and are only eligible for exchange or store credit in cases of manufacturer imperfections. NO REFUNDS or CANCELATIONS are issued as items are handmade to order. Please ask us any questions regarding sizing, shipping, etc. if you are unsure of how to finalize your order and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please review the listings carefully prior purchasing.
48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit in some cases. You must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered to discuss the problem. For items to be eligible for return they must be in the same condition that you received them in, this includes not only being unworn but also not having any type of odor (ex. Perfume, smoke, etc.)
Exchanges are handled if the garment doesn´t fit. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to verify your size before placing your order. No changes are offered if the measurements provided by the customer are incorrect.
Exchanges for alternative items are accepted if agreed, up to 15 days after purchase. Note that if you make a change, your new order will be placed on the list and a new turn will be assigned to you.
